VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in volunteer activities at Wildlings Forest Sanctuary is voluntary and that I am not being forced to participate. I understand that volunteering at Wildlings Forest Sanctuary involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to interactions with animals, exposure to outdoor elements, and physical activities. I acknowledge and assume these risks. I affirm that I am in good health and physically capable of performing the tasks associated with volunteering. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and rules provided by Wildlings Forest Sanctuary. In consideration of being allowed to volunteer at Wildlings Forest Sanctuary, I hereby release and discharge Wildlings Forest Sanctuary, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my volunteer activities. I grant Wildlings Forest Sanctuary the right to use photographs or videos of me for publicity or promotional purposes. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information I may come across during my volunteer service. In the event of an injury or illness during my volunteer service, I consent to receive emergency medical treatment. For volunteers under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to my child's participation in volunteer activities.
